With nearly three decades of experience as an educator in mathematics, Jorge Moore stands as the Founder and CEO of Jem Solutions, driven by an unyielding passion for igniting children's enthusiasm for learning and applying mathematics in practical contexts.

Dr. Lisette Caesar

Dr. Lisette Caesar is a retired NYC educator with over 27 years of experience. She has worked as an elementary teacher, literacy staff developer and now is the Founding Principal of Mosaic Preparatory Academy, a small elementary school in East Harlem, New York. 

Dr. Caesar uses the pen name, Dr. Liz and has authored three books to date. All the books are based on real life events. 

Dr. Liz began writing in 2019 as a way to journal during her battle with colon cancer. The journal transitioned to two books. The first book, Little Lizzy Learns to read chronicles the author’s life as a struggling reader at the age of six years old. This book inspires students to set a goal, create a plan and to work hard to reach the finish line. 

In 2021, the author learned cancer had returned. Dr. Liz began to write about her cancer journey in the soon to be published book, Little Lizzy and the Big Blue Parade. This book shows what love and strength can do in challenging times. Dr. Liz plans to donate a copy of this book to one children’s hospital in all 50 states to uplift children impacted by cancer.

With the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year, Dr. Liz has the perfect book to launch any school’s Bucket Filling Program. Little Lizzy, Her Cousin Lori, and the Not-So-Bucket-Filling Friends is based on real life events. Like so many, Dr. Liz was bullied in school for being overweight. Dr. Liz was the first elementary public school principal to create an official bucket filling school.  She has brought the bucket filling     philosophy to hundreds of other NYC schools.

The long awaited fourth installation in the Little Lizzy series, Little Lizzy and the Holiday Switch, will be released October, 2023.  This is Dr. Liz’s most inclusive children’s book,  to date.  It helps children understand and accept the various religions and cultures celebrated by their peers.  This realistic fiction children’s book is based on the friendships Dr. Liz has forged from childhood to birth and how she has celebrated and loved the diversity of her community.

Brett Fazio, a seasoned school culture and behavior consultant, brings over 23 years of expertise, fueled by training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and the renowned "Teach Like a Champion" methodology. Brett's distinctive position as a consultant lies in his comprehensive classroom knowledge and therapeutic crisis intervention expertise. He identifies systemic issues, crafts evidence-based interventions, and encourages collaboration among educators, administrators, and families.

Guided by "Teach Like a Champion" principles, Brett integrates proven instructional strategies into his consultancy services. By equipping educators and school communities with practical tools, he empowers them to create engaging classrooms, positive climates, and academic success.
