With nearly three decades of experience as an educator in mathematics, Jorge Moore stands as the Founder and CEO of Jem Solutions, driven by an unyielding passion for igniting children's enthusiasm for learning and applying mathematics in practical contexts.

Cassandra Smith

Cassandra Smith, a dedicated leader with a passion for holistic well-being, serves as the driving force behind Blissfully Grounded LLC. With a deep commitment to empowering educators and students to navigate the challenges of everyday life, Cassandra brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Drawing from her extensive background in well-being practices, including yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and communication techniques, Cassandra has honed her skills to create a transformative curriculum that supports individuals in managing stress, fostering positivity, and embracing personal growth.

As the head of Blissfully Grounded, Cassandra's mission is to equip teachers and students with powerful resources that promote mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Her innovative approach seeks to harmonize the demands of education with the essential need for self-care and balance.

Shanedria Wagner

Shanedria Wagner, a Texas A&M University graduate, holds a bachelor’s degree in French and speech communication, complemented by a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction specialized in bilingual education from the University of Houston. She's also undergone advanced French courses at the University of Caen in Normandy, France. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she's a linguistic adept.

Teaching in Alief and Houston Independent School Districts, Wagner excelled as a secondary foreign language/speech communication teacher and elementary bilingual education instructor. Notably, she taught citizenship and ESL courses to adults at her alma mater, Mac Arthur Elementary School, winning three teacher-of-the-year awards.

​

Over two decades, as a national consultant, Wagner has tailored presentations for diverse clients, spanning second-language acquisition techniques to innovative reading, math, grammar, and writing strategies. Her audience includes students, administrators, parents, politicians, and educators across twenty-five states. She's a presenter, translator, lecturer, panelist, and motivational speaker. Wagner has also created instructional products for workshop attendees, tutoring clients, and online students.

Beyond her consulting, Wagner co-owns Spanish Etc. of Pearland, offering small group and private tutoring. She resides in Pearland with her husband Kevin, daughter Shelby, and son Kevin II.

Author & Educational Leadership Mentor

Dr. Lisette Caesar

Dr. Lisette Caesar is a retired NYC educator with over 27 years of experience. She has worked as an elementary teacher, literacy staff developer and now is the Founding Principal of Mosaic Preparatory Academy, a small elementary school in East Harlem, New York. 

Dr. Caesar uses the pen name, Dr. Liz and has authored three books to date. All the books are based on real life events. 

Dr. Liz began writing in 2019 as a way to journal during her battle with colon cancer. The journal transitioned to two books. The first book, Little Lizzy Learns to read chronicles the author’s life as a struggling reader at the age of six years old. This book inspires students to set a goal, create a plan and to work hard to reach the finish line. 

In 2021, the author learned cancer had returned. Dr. Liz began to write about her cancer journey in the soon to be published book, Little Lizzy and the Big Blue Parade. This book shows what love and strength can do in challenging times. Dr. Liz plans to donate a copy of this book to one children’s hospital in all 50 states to uplift children impacted by cancer.

With the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year, Dr. Liz has the perfect book to launch any school’s Bucket Filling Program. Little Lizzy, Her Cousin Lori, and the Not-So-Bucket-Filling Friends is based on real life events. Like so many, Dr. Liz was bullied in school for being overweight. Dr. Liz was the first elementary public school principal to create an official bucket filling school.  She has brought the bucket filling     philosophy to hundreds of other NYC schools.

The long awaited fourth installation in the Little Lizzy series, Little Lizzy and the Holiday Switch, will be released October, 2023.  This is Dr. Liz’s most inclusive children’s book,  to date.  It helps children understand and accept the various religions and cultures celebrated by their peers.  This realistic fiction children’s book is based on the friendships Dr. Liz has forged from childhood to birth and how she has celebrated and loved the diversity of her community.

Coach Brett Fazio

Brett Fazio, a seasoned school culture and behavior consultant, brings over 23 years of expertise, fueled by training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and the renowned "Teach Like a Champion" methodology. With a deep commitment to education, Brett's holistic approach fosters positive and inclusive learning environments where students flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

Beginning his journey as an educator, Brett gained firsthand insights into the diverse needs of students and teachers. His focus on therapeutic crisis intervention led to extensive training in conflict resolution, behavior management, and trauma-informed practices, enabling him to effectively address complex behavioral challenges and provide crisis support.

​

Brett's distinctive position as a consultant lies in his comprehensive classroom knowledge and therapeutic crisis intervention expertise. He identifies systemic issues, crafts evidence-based interventions, and encourages collaboration among educators, administrators, and families.

​

Guided by "Teach Like a Champion" principles, Brett integrates proven instructional strategies into his consultancy services. By equipping educators and school communities with practical tools, he empowers them to create engaging classrooms, positive climates, and academic success.
